Working from home was the only pro

Cons

They have now taken away the wifi and given VoIP, the workload is outrageous. You will be online all day and night and on the weekends if you are not careful. The pay is not that great and it seems as if raises are not given

Decent Salary, not much else going for the place.

Cons

Hostile, negative environment, no professionalism, horrible training. If you don't chain smoke cigarettes with senior management then you don't matter. And they make that apprarent. HA
