      Nice co workers -you get an hour for lunch

      Cons

      Hours are horrible and change every three months. If you are the top 5 sales people you get to pick the hours that u want from a list that they give u. If you are in the bottom of sales you will closing shifts. Bonus are not that grate. And in the months of June to the end of september they do not let you take any vacation time. Management monitors all phone calls and everything you do on the computer.

      Pros

      I am a Site Director and have been here a year. They will create a new position if you convince them that it is worth while. If you have a positive attitude about k12, they will love you and listen to you.

      Cons

      They are working on this by asking employees, but perhaps a bit more training with the tech stuff would be in order.
