Treats thier teachers poorly

Business Outlook

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

No cost of living raises. No pay scale to move up. Not generous with bonuses or stipends . They ask the teachers to do all these extra duties but we don't get paid extra . Things that the registrar, engagement team, aspire team and testing department should handle. Instead of trying to make our load lighter to focus on teaching they try to fill every minute of our day with busy work . They micromanage every minute of the teachers days while other departments truly have flexibility and little accountability. They are constantly make teachers prove they know how to teach it's a very oppressive environment.
