      Too much turnover and focus on profit, not enough teacher support

      Flexible hours, colleagues are great

      Cons

      4 bosses in 3 years. Multiple restructuring due to 'loss of profit', but no focus on how to support teachers - which is the lifeblood of this company. Without supported, good teachers, students won't remain. Positions were created and then eliminated without warning. Pilot programs initiated, or summer projects that were 'essential', were dropped immediately. No one felt supported or heard. We were just numbers

      None worth mentioning. You work from home

      Cons

      Below cost of living. No certified teacher should be put through this. 40-55 kids in your classroom 3rd or 4th graders, not paying attention, no accountability, awful. Not worth it, teachers everywhere should run
