Experienced hardworking colleagues who support one another.

Cons

Pay is below cost of living. On camera most of 8hr day. Asked to work outside of working hours. Teach to the test. Teachers are told to pass students regardless of performance, engagement, attendance, etc. We are told to pass everyone.
