Pros

full remote, I can't really think of anything else at the moment.

Cons

Leadership has no idea what's going on or how to drive the business. Before the company merged and sold off the advisory arm of the business from HBR Consulting, K2 Services was a well oiled machine filled with talent, opportunity, and forward thinking tech. Now, the leaders are totally full of crap, opaque, no plans for future, planning reorg changes without an org chart, no defined job role responsibilities, job title changes every 2 years or so.
