Pros

The staff composing the team. The talent and the dedication. The welcoming spirit of the people working there.

Cons

Management is misdirecting. Spent 2018-2020 claiming to set us on a better path, while de-investing, neglecting marketing. During the COVID pandemic, didn't go for furlough, but instead filed for Administration, leaving over 100 people without a job during a crisis.

K3 are working within an exciting and interesting market. They have the potential to be a great technology provider and employer.

Cons

The culture is led by very poor management who are focused on numbers and not people. They have no company values and little diversity in terms of senior roles. This business is run by baby boomers with little or no idea about diversity.

Good people who work hard and care about the customers.

Cons

Chasing the numbers and not caring enough about the staff. No staff development, invisible HR (unless you've done something wrong), arrogant and inept management who's only goal is making the numbers.
