Pros

Flexible working. great company days out- fully expensed. Nice offices and people are nicer bd helpful but would be better if people interacted more with each other.

Cons

Flexible working- too many people work from home and it can be hard to get people together. Also people seem to work all evening and weekends. Some people have been at the company a very long time - so people and processes are set in their own way. This can be very challenging! Technology very old making it hard to do your day to day job.

They pay industry standard salaries A good team environment with knowledge passed around People who have worked there over 20 years You will be challenged Nice offices (I'm Manchester based) and work nights out Dominoes pizza day every month

Cons

More training courses could be provided and a little bit more focus needed on mapping out a career plan/progression with you.
