Great company, HIGH Integrity. This is a company that does right by it's people. Increased talent pool over the last few years has led to innovation throughout the org. The company has gotten younger in important areas and is better positioned to deal with the influx of a younger workforce down the line. A very healthy and profitable org in a volatile workforce. Employees who come here from competitors (Stryker, Boston Sci, Medtronic etc) are shocked by our org's ethics.

Cons

You will not have a slow period at KARL STORZ. We keep our people like busy bees.

Great Staff. They choose people very wisely when adding to the organization. The interview process is intense and averages over a month for most employees with 4-6 rounds of interviews. Fantastic benefits packages available. Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They make sure its a very supportive and engaging environment.

Cons

Very strict scheduling, very little wiggle room.
