      Pros

      Family-owned company means that there's no answering to stock-holders. The benefits package is very good, better than many other companies in the industry. The products are great and something to be proud of.

      Cons

      Very slow-moving in terms of product development and speed to market. Also, since most manufacturing is done overseas, there is a big disconnect with the US market. There's an air of arrogance because of the quality of products - can be perceived as a lack of connection to customers.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Everyone is extremely friendly. There are great medical benefits as well. Overall there are little complaints about this company.

      Cons

      I really don't have any downsides to working at Karl Storz. In my year'so time of working here, I have no complaints as of yet.

      A very customer oriented company, employees are very close to end-users and building a very strong relationship with both distributors and customers.

      Cons

      No major cons honestly, no company on this planet is perfect but I cannot think of a major negative side.
