Business Outlook
Pros
Small company feel with larger company support. Executives and management very accessible. Seem to really care about their employees. How well they treated employees during Covid is a great example. Company in the past has shared the profits in bonuses.
Cons
They have tolerated some poor preforming employees far too long. Given them too many chances and opportunities, and sometimes suffered for it with blatant falsehoods told about them.
