      Pros

      Hard work is recognized, appreciated, and rewarded. Self starters who show drive and motivation and are highly motivated will be successful here. Mid-size company where you have access to upper management, when needed. The small size makes it feel like a family, yet big enough that you also get the perks of a large company.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment where high-achievers will thrive. Those who are not looking to learn, improve or advance may not have the same experience.

      They treat you decent at the beginning

      Cons

      The working environment toxic. They do not treat all employees equally. The talk around the office is often racist and sexist. They are cruel, disrespectful and totally unprofessional. There is no communication, the lack of comradery is unhealthy. You are not treated as an important part of the company, but as work horse, just there to get the work done.
