      New Contractor, I am still learning about this company, but so far things seem to be ok.

      Pros

      The pros of KBR is that they offer better benefits than the previous contractor and the company as a whole allows you the opportunity to transfer nationally or overseas because they provide services worldwide.

      Cons

      This company is still new to me so in time I will notice the Cons if any. The Cons that exist now has nothing to do with KBR because they existed before KBR took the Contract. Prayerfully change will come.

      Pros

      Benefits ok Management is clueless HR is not onsite I know these aren't PROs but what else can be said.

      Cons

      HTSI was purchased in September of 2016 and still to date Aug 2017, no one from KBRwyle has check in to see who they bought!!! Just amazing, they don't know that ABQ exists! HR is not onsite. If you have an issue, you have to call the Maryland office and deal with one person. Who doesn't care what your issues are. Benefits they offer PTO but failed to mention that they only offer 40 hours at a time. So you may have 168 hours but you cant just use it when you need to.

      Pros

      Great employees, Good work environment. Many of the staff have been with the company for 10 yrs or longer. Covered parking.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, benefits have decreased and there is an indefinite freeze on raises below the executive level . It seems that there is more emphasis on establishing catchy safety campaigns and stock holder happiness than employee retention.
