Pros
good starting company for employees wanting to enter the skilled craft field, some great people out in the field. great safety program
Cons
very poor money management they still rent tools they had in the 1970's. Upper supervision is lost at best. they hurt themselves with all the useless rules they put onto the employees. no one wants to communicate and what the boss says goes do not expect to have any imput and management will not fallow the same rules they make for the employees.
