Relaxed working environment with no deadlines. Not much lay-offs or personnel termination for people who directly involve trading (quants, traders, developers, devops). Surrounded with friendly colleagues and people who care about each other. No or little politics, tech company like culture

Cons

Don't see much management going on, not a well-organized company, unclear regarding titles, bonus structure, etc.
