Business Outlook
Pros
Loved the people and the culture. Very open and collaborative environment. Many learned people with different ideas from different backgrounds. Pay was in keeping with a financial and w/l balance was great in my position.
Cons
Things started changing in the end, before the Virtu purchase. The culture was not as open any longer. Your voice was not as accepted as it once was, prior to a management change last year. Some decisions from very senior leadership dictating specific technology partner directions were head-scratchers and not in the best interest of the firm.
