      Post merger Hell

      Pros

      Everything was wonderful before the merge. There was a huge respect for one another. Communication was wonderful. Benefits was awesome. Was able to go back to school with the company paying for it.

      Cons

      New company came and wanted to change things that were not broken. Took a wonderful company and have slowing been making it crap.

      The people I worked with in my immediate circle. Challenging work. Business casual is nic

      Cons

      No access to leadership, pay decreasing, benefits suffered post merger. Used to be an interesting company to work for but I wouldn't recommend it now. It's profits over people.
