Pros

Wonderful company, good benefits and good management. Responsiveness to inquires and assistance. Chance for skill and opportunity growth with paid training, courses and supplemental guidance.

Cons

Sometimes all requests and questions are not fielded and / or addressed, stagnation of work at times.Compensation could be more competitive. Transitioning from one project to the next can be tedious.

Work and life balance is the only positive.

Cons

Do not work for this company unless your family comes from a background of wealth or unless you have some sort of connection in the business or you will get no where fast regardless of what you are capable of. You will seriously be overlooked and you will be extremely underpaid.
