Relaxed work environment; decent pay; experienced and approachable co-workers; leading firm in its industry; office is in a nice section of jersey city (easy commute back and forth from the city)

Cons

Disjointed management (one man seems to make all the decisions); everyone feels they are on the chopping block; office politics are pretty significant; unorganized training (tough for trainees)
