Pros

The work ethic is relaxed -- people generally stick to 40-45 hours a week, and there's not much pressure to work longer hours. The pay is good, given that it's a financial company; however the pay greatly depends on the team.

Cons

Very disjointed organizationally, for such a relatively small company. There is a culture of mistrust of other groups because at the end of the day there is one joint bonus pool.

The people I worked with in my immediate circle. Challenging work. Business casual is nic

Cons

No access to leadership, pay decreasing, benefits suffered post merger. Used to be an interesting company to work for but I wouldn't recommend it now. It's profits over people.
