Pros
I was once a client of KCI's, and was so impressed with their work that I joined them! I've now been at KCI for over 13 years, and the firm has gotten even better! Continues to get better every year. The firm has great strategies in place for both corporate and individual successes and continuous improvements. Simply a great corporate culture. Recently voted Top Engineering Design Firm in Mid-Atlantic region, as well as #1 Workplace in Baltimore Area (not just engineering workplace, but any kind of workplace!). Both very impressive awards.

Not sure that this is a con, but GlassDoor makes you write something in here. Hard to find the best people to add to our team. Firm is growing, so we are always on the look-out for the right talent to bring on-board.
