      Good atmosphere with room to move up the company chain as long as you work hard and perform well. Comfortable small company feel even though it is a larger company.

      Work atmosphere and available opportunities for progression will vary greatly depending on the office location, discipline, and you direct management.

      Nice people to work with. Employee owned company. Pays well in comparison to other local engineering consulting firms.

      Not a lot of job variation and there was either too much or too little work.
