      Pros

      Excellent Pay and benefits. The Employee Stock Ownership benefit can't be beat. Management has this company on the right track.

      I'm still fairly new to KCI, employed less than 5 years, but I've not experienced any cons.

      There are no pros, avoid this company.

      Cons

      After going through a phone interview and two panel interviews I was made an offer. After working at KCI for two weeks I was then fired. I was not given any negative feedback, counseling, or help to succeed. They sent me to their corporate office to train for a week and at the end of the week they told me I was fired and then I had to wait at the airport to fly home. They were warm and welcoming to begin with, but it turned out to be a disappointing and hurtful experience. I would avoid this company.
