      Pros

      The employee-owned benefits are very evident. There is a short path to becoming vested in the profit sharing. I feel there is a higher caliber of professionalism and opportunity within the organization than similar employers in the area. Flexible and self-directed schedule. Appropriate work from home availability. There is a commitment to assisting employees with professional development and advancing compensation based on performance. It is helpful to have the tools to be able to advance. The back-office systems and practices are ISO 9000. These systems and practices make it easier to see your individual and departmental performance and successes.
