Pros
You can work up to 10 hours overtime.
Cons
Greensboro Office use to have the flexibility of work. However now their are arbitrary policies set by untrained leaders. Limiting PTO use as if availability is based off of hours in office. Availability is based off of account management. This is not a call center where you have to be present for incoming calls. You don't get individual recognition for great work ethic or when the client suggest a change in position title from ET1 to ET2 pay rate doesn't change, however you will get word if something went wrong due to being overloaded with work. Leaders make erroneous claims and management won't fact check the claims. Over worked and severly underpaid. No COVID-19 paid relief leave, you still must work from home (quarantine) to keep the money flowing. The office is a petri dish most don't follow policy and wear mask w/ 6' feet distance. Company vehicles stay disgusting. They could afford a mobile cleaning service for such things. If you do very well in one department you're stuck and can't move to another specialty to grow your professional portfolio. You might get "promoted" to co-lead but then the primary lead is allowed to do whatever they want with no real intention to be a team player. Sexist comments made towards women by lead. Shows proof of lack of professionalism and basic training. Unfair practices not inviting co-lead to leadership meetings. There's no training class or designated training sessions for new hires. Distribution of work orders is not evenly or fairly distributed. The actual designers are the reason lighting power team does so well. Turnover rate is high here. People are leaving due to over work and underpaid and unfair practices from leadership.
