      This employer discriminates, Hired and then let go 4 days later for absolutely no reason. Didn't have a chance.

      Pros

      They have big clients I would like to work with directly. But as a stand alone company KCI has huge issues within their culture and people.

      Cons

      KCI operates in Florida which is a right to work state and has a cut-throat employee culture. Qualified and competent candidates will have to maneuver very carefully through their ranks because if you rub just one person the wrong way, they will get rid of you without warning. Lends itself to be easily discriminated against because you do not have to give workers any reasons or explanations to terminate a professional. Even if you are doing a great job.
