Pros

Kanwar (CEO) and Anthony (VP) are exceptional speakers, knowledgeable in their industry (and out), and compassionate people. They have a vision for what they want KETIV to be and they are executing on it. The company culture is very Californian. It’s laid back in the sense of rules and oversight, but not with respect to expectations of quality work. Make no bone about it, you are expected to deliver high quality work.

Cons

Only 7 holidays a year is something I’m not crazy about. 17 days of PTO to start isn’t bad but isn’t great. 401k match isn’t great.
