Pros

Excellent team, very supportive of growth. Management encourages a good work/life balance. Effort is noticed, appreciated, and rewarded.

Cons

At the time my commute was 2-3 hours per day and my position was fairly travel heavy that being said I still consider the work I did at KETIV as some of the most rewarding of my career.
