Pros
Owners are great people, honest and have your back with providing more than enough resources to do your job. During interviewing process they allow you to go and speak with the whole team and ask questions. Corporate team was at the ready when I started and was very patient during my onboarding and never acted like I was a burden at all. super great team there.
Cons
Cons in all sales companies. that's why your looking now. ask questions when interviewing and know they will be honest. Every job has its cons but ask every question possible including those listed on this site and they will again will be honest with you. Not every sales job is for every sales person so even though there are some bad press on here, use those to add to your list of questions and determine then if their plan is a fit for you or not.
