Worst Company I have ever worked for.
Pros
You might meet some long time friends from working there. Some staff can be a laugh and get you through the awful long shifts. £4.20 off anything for your lunch break... Which is your only break of the day... That's if you get it. If you love working for low-lifes or wanting to become one your self you'll love it here!
Cons
Part time doesn't mean part time, if they can work you, they will, even if you said you only want to be working 3 or 4 days because your balancing UNI or college, YOUR EDUCATION DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM, only making money does. They break the law working under age staff past late hours and don't pay some members of staff the hours they worked as well as working you 11 hours shifts without giving you a break some days. Boss doesn't care about your wellbeing unless it could get them in big trouble. it's the second biggest fast food company in the world so what does that mean? SHAREHOLDERS SHAREHOLDERS SHAREHOLDERS!!! And don't you forget it! If your manager cares more about the happiness of their workers more than saving money to give shareholders a bigger profit consider your self lucky! Probably going to be spoken to like you are nothing by the customers but thats a given with these places... Don't expect your boss to treat you any different.
