      The inside sales team is a great resource

      Cons

      District (local) leadership is helpful. Regional leadership is WORTHLESS. Very out of touch with their territories. These positions should be eliminated.

      - Decent entry level pay - Decent benefit package - Flexible hours (managers work with employees with outside commitments) - Opportunities for advancement (Plant and Corporate Office)

      Cons

      - Shifts during summer can be long, sweltering hot, and stressful due to increased work backlog. Mandatory weekends are possible depending on which area you are in. - Non-summer shifts can be monotonous, boring, and mandatory layoffs are possible - Some coworkers can be difficult to work with
