      Constant battle with product defects. No consistency in management. No open door policy to upper management.

      Pros

      Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

      Cons

      Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.

      Easy to work with people willing to help.

      Cons

      Hour not as flexible. Bosses want you there when they were so you had to match their schedule even though everyone was salary.
