      Overworked in very hot conditions during summers.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for over time pay however say goodbye to your summer because sometimes they force you to work weekends. Slow winters with good heating in the building. Great opportunity to move up or to another area.

      Cons

      Very hot and dirty environment with only fans to blow more hot air around. Sexist manager on second shift who has been reported multiple times for sexual harassments with no consequences.
