Really great way to start your sales career. There are a lot of options for growth. The inside sales department is different than a typical inside sales role, in that you get a field team you are partnered with. This team-selling atmosphere makes for a really good experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to jump start their sales career.

Cons

Some of the future opportunity roles don't open up for long durations of time. You need to be flexible and jump on opportunities as they come up.
