      Great environment to work in with co worker

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen and your supervisor treats people disrespectful. The supervisor I had based evaluations on his leads capabilities if you can't work as fast as him then you are no good. The supervisor discriminated against me because of my weight and treated me badly. Evaluations were based on my weight and not on my job performance. Was fired because of it.

      Flexible schedule, great environment, young median age in department, capability to earn commission right away, great management, allow you longer lunch to go to the gym

      Desk job, "cold calling", some parts of the company policies are stuck in the past
