Pros
Great wellness oriented company that encourages and promotes employees to live a healthy lifestyle so they can be the best individual both personally and professionally. This company is an ESOP organization so we are all owners who share in the profits of the company. Everyone pays attention to the bottom line, and tries to perform to their best ability to share in those profits. They are open to hiring individuals who sometimes don't have the experience they are looking for, but have future "ability" to be great contributors.
Cons
KI runs very lean, however, there is never a dull day, with plenty to do.
