Cons

Benefits and compensation were good but getting an annual raise can be disappointing. Great people work there and some excellent senior management.

Very aggressive bonus structure for inside sales. Benefits are among the best around. Great coworkers. Company is very kind to its employees.

Cons

Very little opportunity to advance. Micro management abound. Sales and manufacturing are the only departments tat care bout satisfying the customer.
