      Pros

      Working at Kind this summer was an incredible experience for me. From the first day that I arrived at the headquarters I was treated as if I were a full time employee who had already been there for years. The human resources team gave me meaningful work and rotated me throughout different positions in the department, so that I could see each aspect of HR. I was also able to work with team members outside of the HR department, so that I could see how different teams collaborated with one another. The company culture is very important to all the team members, which is a major reason why Kind has been so successful so far. On top of all this, I was able to eat as many Kind bars as I wanted each day! I would highly recommend Kind to anyone who is interested in an internship or full time job.

      KIND is Kind Founder invests in people and spreading KIND mission. Small team with big hearts, and willing to work hard. Room for promotion, as the company is small and growing. A business ownership mentality, promptness, a love for team work, and accountability are valued. Dear Team Leads, Keep in Mind: Must have the ability to plan local activations based on national goals, from the ground, up. Must have the ability to map out timelines for activations, logistics, inform and train staff/ Brand Ambassadors, and manage BAs on-site, on event day. You are the connection between the Field Marketing Manager and Brand Ambassadors.

      Cons

      Find ways to toot your own horn as you may not be noticed for your BIG WINS by upper management. Company is small and growing quickly- be your biggest advocate.
