KIND is very supportive of their campus ambassadors, and fully recognize them as an integral part of the brand marketing team.

Cons

Campus ambassadors definitely have to be self-motivated. However, managers are always easy to contact and quick to advise and help!

Pros

-amazing teammates and team leaders -fosters the ability to establish partnerships with aligned organizations -opportunities for sales and marketing -tons of public interaction in a variety of mostly fun environments -nutritional education -flexible schedule -access to KIND products

Cons

-certain tracking processes were not effective or caused redundant work - pay not competitive in growing markets - not much room for growth in regional markets

The company really stands by their name. From the way they treat their employees to every one in general. You build relationships with your team mates. You become like family.

Cons

Room to grow has been tough. Being that it is such a great company to work for, the competition is high.
