      Company genuinely cares about YOU more than I have seen a company do. Really allow people to own their space. Amazing work life balance and putting their actions where their words are.

      Cons

      Grown from a startup to a mid sized company, with lots of opportunities, but that also makes it exciting to be apart of.

      flexible working hours, and provided assistance when needed in managing events

      Cons

      lots of time spent writing emails and product reports everytime you host an event

      Pros

      Absolutely fantastic team to work with and a supportive environment that has allowed me to explore and grow within my role. Free snacks never hurt (!) and the benefits and flexibility have been wonderful.

      Cons

      Career path is ambiguous and there's been a lot of change, but there's still a strong feeling of positive momentum.
