Pros

Being a KBA could be the time of your life if you want it to be. I highly encourage anyone considering the role to apply. The direct managers and upper management are super hard workers and are always supportive and understanding - naturally, they radiate such kind and positive energy at work each day. They'll challenge you with projects and allot you the hours you're looking for if you are transparent with your intentions and areas of interest. Your work will never go unrecognized so long as you remain proactive and are able demonstrate your passion for the product, the KIND movement and the brand. Pros in short: - the people, the people, the people. - decent pay - transportation reimbursement - working some super dope events - meeting some super awesome people at the dope events - really stylish KIND attire and swag - receiving lots of flattering complements thanks to your KIND swag - lots of snacks! - so much snacks that your friends realize they should really appreciate you all the time so much more!

Cons

The fact that turnover rate for full-time team members is slim to none, speaks highly for how well the company treats its people. However, as a KBA, you get the backseat when it comes to any sort of growth opportunity with the company. Certain open positions only reach full-time team members, which is super unfortunate for the rest of us.

Your thoughtful feedback is very much appreciated. It’s clear that you’re truly passionate about our brand and we’re glad to know that you wear your KIND gear proudly. We’re committed to helping all our team members grow and achieve new opportunities. We shared your comments with Field Marketing leadership, so they can understand your experience. We encourage you to also connect with your manager to share your ideas on new ways for ambassadors to learn about full-time jobs and receive additional training on innovation. – KIND HR

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Ambassador schedules can flex depending on the number of activations and demos that are on deck each week. We encourage you to connect with your manager early in the month to stay informed about the schedule that’s ahead for your team. – KIND HR
