"Fast-Paced, Creative Environment"

Pros

KIND is a very fun and exciting place to work. Even as the company has quickly grown, its entrepreneurial culture remains intact and KIND has a fast-paced, creative environment that you won’t find at many traditional CPG companies. The talent level is extremely high and while many are still early in their careers, I’ve never worked with more talented and passionate people. The social mission of spreading kindness comes from the top down which definitely creates a sense of purpose. Also, all full-time team members are owners in the company which helps to create a deeper level of investment in the work. You also get to eat unlimited KIND bars.

Cons

The business is in a state of transition and KIND is adjusting to rapid growth and an influx of talent across all levels. Leadership is in the process of refining the company’s infrastructure – for entrepreneurial-types, this opens the door for opportunity but it could be a poor fit for someone looking for a more static, process-driven environment.
