I work with a great team! We have the ability to work flexible hours

Cons

As part-time we do not get benefits, even at a shared cost , I wish there were more ways to grow within the company....even if you're willing to move to another location! :)

Pros

Working at KIND has been an amazing experience. Kind is not just in the name, but also how the team members choose to live their lives. The vibe is very entrepreneurial and everyone's opinion matters, regardless of position or career level within the organization. The company really cares about team members and their professional/personal growth. There's an open door policy so the leadership team is available to team members, which is rare in other companies. I've seen KIND grow a lot over the past 2 years and feel really lucky to be a part of this great organization.
