Pros

Decent give back to full time employees. Nice location in regards to transportation for all employees (commuters and non-commuters). Decent vacation policy for majority of staff.

Cons

Doesn't follow through on promises. Little give back to employees that aren't full time or company veterans. Not always honest in regards to consumers.

Strong company culture, no beuracracy, great perks - summer hours, monthly gatherings, and strong leadership. Team members are smart, passionate, energetic and most of all KIND!

Cons

Currently, there isn't a work from home option.
