Pros

People are in fact amazingly kind. This company is growing very fast so there is lots to be excited about. The founder is still involved in most high level decision and meetings - he is so passionate about his work and truly values each of his employees which makes it more fulfilling to come to work on a daily basis

Cons

Lots of change happening as they grow. This will happen with any growing company though - not something to really complain about.
