      - Good pay - Great coworkers

      Cons

      - Children run the school, little to no discipline for behavior - Micromanagement (Admin comes in and if you are not teaching the lesson EXACTLY when they want and how they want then they will have more meetings) - Little to no work life balance- there is little planning in the day to fulfill all the deliverables, there's meetings on top of meetings

      The students are great, staff is warm and inviting, and the facilities at my campus were newly renovated.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. The amount that your coaches and admin expect from you, especially for self-contained teachers, is ridiculous. You have fairly minimal support for things like behavior which gets easier with time, but then you are micromanaged about content to no end. Content is given to you and leaves essentially no room for creativity which gets really boring for you and the kids. Overall, the people who have taught at Kipp for years are frankly used to workplace abuse and overworking. It’s not sustainable for most people long term.
