- Good pay - Great coworkers

Cons

- Children run the school, little to no discipline for behavior - Micromanagement (Admin comes in and if you are not teaching the lesson EXACTLY when they want and how they want then they will have more meetings) - Little to no work life balance- there is little planning in the day to fulfill all the deliverables, there's meetings on top of meetings

They paid for my masters pretty much and the pay was decent.

Cons

Micromanaging from inept leadership. Class sizes of around 30 kids. The kids are a mess and there is no accountability. Grade inflation is rampant and no graduate from there is reliably literate. Promotions are based on favoratism not merit.
