      Pros

      There are so many opportunities to grow here - many people start as resident teachers and end up as VPs or HDQ team members. You will also have a team of people around you that are really smart, caring, and hardworking, I love the people I work with!

      Cons

      The work is very demanding and fast paced. It is mission oriented, but you do need to be very committed to growing and taking feedback.
