      Honestly none. There are none i can think of

      Cons

      No upper management support. You will work like a dog. Work/ life balance is non-existence, They do not value you as a person. And there are a lot of people who are underqualified to be in higher positions. Also a lot of cover-ups

      The classes are a tad bit boring and they don't make it clear during hiring stage that theres no guarantee to land a teaching position the following year.
