      - You will never not have what you need for your classroom- big budget, you almost never spend money of your own - Pay is fairly generous - Big staff, lots teacher feedback/coaching

      Cons

      - Hours are long- 7:30-4, some days 5 - Lots of oversight/micromanaging - Very little teacher agency

      Pros

      I enjoy working here. This is the best school that I have worked in as an educator. There are lots of opportunities for professional development and opportunities to grow in your craft as an educator. At the campus I work at, the staff is very supportive and want to see you grow an an educator. Also the pay is higher than DCPS and a lot of the charter schools I have worked at previously.
